Holistic Energy Healing & Astrological Alignment in San Diego
Working with Lisette feels like a breath of fresh air — a space to get curious, and to open up to the wisdom that rests within your own body and soul. Her work provides a co-creative space for your own clarity and inner harmony to arise. Best of all, she reminds you that you don't have to have it all figured out. Life is a beautiful mystery that unfolds before our eyes through presence and trust.
Her practice with astrology supports you by orienting you into conscious awareness of the energies that are present in this season of your life. Then, through conscious breathing practices, Reiki, and sound healing, she invites you into the remembrance of your own capacity to hold the dynamic flow of life's energies. Her work is rooted in honoring the current season you are moving through and finding grounding anchors for you to resource along the way. Each season is a reminder of your personal power, inviting you deeper into a co-creative process with your life.
Some seasons move fast and loud. Others are quiet in a way that looks like nothing's happening — like a blanket of snow covering a garden — when really, something is still alive and growing underneath. Either way, you get to choose how you meet it. That's the beauty of it.
This is the work of tending your internal garden season after season — the landscape of patterns, cycles, and stories that shape how you move through life. Lisette’s work supports you in reframing your relationship to what's happening, so you feel resourced, prepared, and a little lighter — not because she skipped the depth, but because she reminded you of what it feels like to let go of what you didn't need to keep gripping onto anymore.
Many times, we as humans tend to hold on to things longer than needed. In your session with Lisette, you are invited into a deep reconnection with your body. This is an invitation into soul-weaving—consciously bringing the light of your soul down into the physical body, allowing it to shine through your personality, your conscious actions, your thoughts, and your energetic resonance. This is your moment to step forward and create from your true point of power, which is always right here in the present moment.
Lisette offers private sessions in-person in San Diego and virtually online to clients worldwide.

Integrative Reiki & Somatic Healing: In-Person & Distance Sessions
Explore Integrative Reiki Healing sessions with Lisette in San Diego. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive alternative healing modality that supplements conventional medicine and other wellness practices. Tracing her lineage through traditional Usui/Tibetan methods, Lisette grounds the foundation of every session in Reiki energy work.
Depending on what your nervous system needs in the moment, additive somatic elements—like sound healing (singing bowls and vocal toning), conscious breathing, or guided visualization—may be intuitively woven in to harmonize your auric field and energy centers. This deep, full-body attunement supports the relief of stress so your body can return to its natural, regenerative nature.
Because each session is entirely unique to your specific journey, Lisette meets you exactly where you are. She invites you into a collaborative process, re-awakening your body’s remembrance of what it feels like to step back into your personal power. This somatic work empowers you to reclaim sovereignty over your life and consciously move through your present season, rather than avoiding your soul's growth.

What Lisette’s clients are saying…
If you're curious about what's actually happening in your life right now — the patterns, the timing, the shifts you can feel but can't quite name yet, you're in the right place.
You've tried talking it through, but you want more than words — you want to feel something shift in your body.
You're drawn to astrology, but not the kind that just tells you what's coming — you want to understand what this season is asking of you, and how to actually meet it.
Maybe you're in the middle of some big life transitions.
Maybe you’re just looking to feel more present and grounded.
Maybe you're just ready to stop feeling veiled from your own wisdom.
Wherever you might find yourself, this work blends the grounded and the cosmic — astrology, sound, reiki, and breath — not as abstract concepts, but as real, practical tools to help you reframe your relationship to whatever life is asking of you right now.
