Working with the healing arts consciously is like tending a physical garden. We learn what is most supportive as we grow into deeper relationship with our own personal and collective seasons.

My 1:1 sessions are co-creative spaces where we meet you exactly where you are — in this season, in this moment, in this particular unfolding of your life. Whether we are working with sound, Reiki, breathwork, or astrology, the intention is always the same: to support you not just in understanding what is moving through you, but in moving through it consciously and embodied.

  • Life speaks to us in cycles. And every cycle is asking something of you.

    There are seasons in life that feel impossible to navigate alone — when the ground is shifting, when old structures are falling away, when something new is trying to emerge but hasn't yet found its form. These are not random. These are your transits speaking.

    A Transit Support Session is a co-creative space where we look honestly at what your chart is currently activating and what it is asking of you. This is not a traditional natal chart reading. We are not starting from the beginning. We are meeting you exactly where you are — in this season, in this moment, in this particular unfolding of your life.

    Together we explore your active transits and how they are showing up in your everyday experience right now — what is being restructured, what is being released, and what is asking to be reclaimed.

    From there we intuitively weave in Reiki, sound, breathwork, or visualization to support your body and soul in moving through what is being activated. Because understanding a transit intellectually is only part of the work. Your body needs to feel supported through it too.

    You will leave with greater clarity, a deeper trust in your own timing, and practical ways to tend to what is alive in your chart right now.

    This is not about prediction. It is not about fixing. It is about tending.

    You will be held in a field of living sound — crystal singing bowls and tonal instruments woven together to guide your nervous system into deep rest. Sound has a way of reaching what words cannot, dissolving the places where we have held too tightly and softening the body back into its natural rhythm. This session is an invitation to simply receive.

    Reiki works through the subtle body — the energetic architecture beneath what is visible — clearing stagnation, restoring flow, and supporting the body's own innate capacity to heal. Offered with gentle presence and attuned intention, this session is a quiet conversation between your energy field and the universal life force that moves through all things.

In this guided session, we work with conscious connected breathwork to move energy, release what has been stored in the body, and open space for clarity and renewal. Breathwork can bring profound emotional release, expanded states of awareness, and a felt sense of coming home to yourself. I hold this space with care, grounded presence, and full attention to your experience. Each session is intuitively woven with sound and Reiki as needed to support your journey.

  • Profections, Transits & Oracle

    75 min · $144

    Your birthday is not just another day. It is a threshold. A moment when the Sun returns to the exact degree it occupied when you first arrived in this world — and with it comes an invitation to understand what this next cycle is asking of you.

    A Birthday Reading is a deeply personal exploration of your year ahead. We begin with your annual profections — an ancient timing technique that illuminates which area of your chart and life is being activated in this new solar year. From there we look at the major transits moving through your chart and where the nodes are weaving their threads of destiny and release.

    To complete the picture we draw from oracle cards to bring an intuitive and felt layer to what the chart is revealing — because sometimes the soul speaks in images before it speaks in words.

    You will leave with a sense of direction, a deeper trust in the unfolding of your life, and a meaningful way to step consciously into your new year.
