Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation:

  • Please let me know 24 hours or more in advance if you need to cancel. You can reschedule your session at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable. This policy honors the time and preparation committed to your session.

No-Shows:

  • If you do not attend your session, no refund or rescheduling is available.

Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time based on availability.

  • If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance arises, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions can be made based on the situation.

Zoom Policy:

  • I will stay on the Zoom call for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. After that, the session will be considered a no-show.

Why this matters:
Scheduling a Woven in Time Session is a commitment to both your time and mine. Confirmed sessions mean I am dedicating energy, preparation, and availability solely for you, and may require turning down other bookings. This policy allows me to honor your session fully while maintaining respect for all clients’ needs.
