    You will be held in a field of living sound — crystal singing bowls and tonal instruments woven together to guide your nervous system into deep rest. Sound has a way of reaching what words cannot, dissolving the places where we have held too tightly and softening the body back into its natural rhythm. This session is an invitation to simply receive.

    Reiki works through the subtle body — the energetic architecture beneath what is visible — clearing stagnation, restoring flow, and supporting the body's own innate capacity to heal. Offered with gentle presence and attuned intention, this session is a quiet conversation between your energy field and the universal life force that moves through all things.

    The breath is the oldest medicine. In this guided session, we work with conscious connected breathwork to move energy, release what has been stored in the body, and open space for clarity and renewal. Breathwork can bring profound emotional release, expanded states of awareness, and a felt sense of coming home to yourself. I hold this space with care, grounded presence, and full attention to your experience. Each session is intuitively woven with sound and Reiki as needed to support your journey.

  • Add-On Options — $45 Any of the three modalities can be woven together. When you book a session, you are welcome to add a second practice as a complement to your primary offering — sound to close a Reiki session, breathwork to open a sound bath, or Reiki to integrate a breathwork journey. These additions are held within the same 60-minute container, so the pacing will be intuitive and spacious rather than layered.

Online Sessions

Sometimes the deepest healing happens in the intimacy of your own space. These sessions meet you exactly where you are — through the screen, across the distance, held in the same quality of presence and care as if we were in the same room. Whether you are across town or across the world, the time we share is unhurried, intentional, and fully yours.

    There are moments when we know something needs to shift — when we feel blocked, off center, or disconnected from ourselves — but we cannot quite find the thread back. This session is a co-creative healing journey designed to meet you exactly where you are and gently begin moving what has been stuck.

    Before we meet Lisette prepares your session with care — intuitively selecting the crystals and herbs that want to be present for your healing and sitting with your energy in preparation for your time together.

    What to expect:

    • A gentle check-in and grounding breath practice to settle into the space

    • A co-creative guided visualization intuitively shaped by what wants to shift in your energy field

    • Intuitive work with your natal chart or body map as a living energetic portrait of where you are right now. If you have your birth date, time, and place, please include it when booking so your chart can be woven into our session.

    • A closing card pull and any intuitive messages that came through for you

Whether you're integrating what emerged in your Healing Session, sitting with the seasonal awareness from your Chart Conversation, or weaving together the layers from your Cosmic Integration, this is a space to return to — to ask, to reflect, and to receive continued support as you move forward.

    This session is available following any initial session and must be booked within one month of your original session date. Follow-Up Sessions are held over Zoom.

    A full season of intentional tending — for those ready to live in true rhythm with their life.

    Over three months we meet six times, each session anchored to the new and full moons as they move through your personal chart. This is not just a reading or a healing — it is a lived experience of learning to work consciously with your own cycles.

    Together we will track your transits, deepen your relationship with the lunar rhythm, and ground your dreams into motion. My role is to be your guide as you learn to read and work with your own chart — so that by the end of our time together you leave with not just insight but a practice and a relationship with your own cosmic blueprint that is entirely yours.
