My work is rooted in the belief that true transformation happens when we honor both the cosmic wisdom within us and the healing that lives in our bodies. Through astrology and integrative healing practices, I create a space where insight doesn’t just stay in your head—it moves through your body and becomes real, lasting change.

Each session is tailored to where you are right now, what you’re navigating, and the natural timing of your journey.

  • My signature deep-dive session

    120 minutes | $244

    The full experience: comprehensive chart exploration + extended healing work. We spend the first hour on astrology—your natal chart, current transits, and what's asking for attention. Then we move into breathwork, sound healing, or Reiki to fully embody the insights. You leave with clarity, practices, and tools to continue the work.

    This is for when you're ready to go DEEP.

  • Work with the current New or Full Moon

    60-75 minutes | $144

    We explore how the current lunation activates YOUR chart, then use breathwork, sound, or meditation to either plant intentions (New Moon) or release what's ready (Full Moon).

    This session is perfect if you want to work consciously with the lunar cycles and experience how astrology + embodiment integrate.

    Available only during lunation windows (3 days before/after each New & Full Moon)

  • A 3-month journey of astrological guidance and embodied integration—for when you need consistent support through a significant season of your life.

    This package is designed for deep, sustained transformation. Each month, we explore the transits activating your chart and what they’re asking of you—then we move into your body through breathwork, reiki, and sound to help you integrate and embody those themes in real time.

    This isn’t a one-time session. It’s ongoing support as you navigate the unfolding of a major life chapter—whether that’s a Saturn return, a series of eclipses, a major life transition, or simply a period where you know you need grounded, consistent guidance.

    This package is for you if:

    • You’re moving through a significant astrological transit or life transition that will unfold over months (not weeks)

    • You want consistent support and accountability as cosmic themes emerge and evolve in your life

    • You’re navigating a challenging season (grief, career shift, relationship change, identity transformation) and need both cosmic context and embodied practices

    • You’ve done single sessions before and know you’re ready for deeper, ongoing work

    • You want to build a relationship with your chart and your body’s wisdom over time, not just get a snapshot

    Month 1: 60-minute chart reading + 90-minute embodiment session

    Month 2: 30-minute transit check-in + 90-minute embodiment session

    Month 3: 60-minute chart reading + 90-minute embodiment session

    Each month, we track what’s active in your chart, how it’s showing up in your life, and what practices will support you in moving through it with clarity and grace.

    What you’ll receive:

    • Deep, consistent astrological guidance over 3 months as transits unfold and themes develop

    • Embodiment sessions to help you integrate what’s coming up—using breathwork, reiki, sound healing, and nervous system support

    • Space to process, release, and ground as you navigate real-time changes

    • Recordings of all astrology insights and short embodiment practices to take with you to support with integration so you can revisit throughout the journey

    • Priority support between sessions if urgent themes arise

Sound Healing Meditation

Settle into stillness with a gentle guided meditation followed by a deeply immersive sound bath. Resting with eyes closed, you'll be bathed in healing frequencies from instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and more. These soothing sounds support deep relaxation, meditation, and nervous system regulation—inviting balance, clarity, and inner peace.
