Where Insight Meets Embodiment

While astrology and divination illuminate the path with clarity and cosmic insight, there are seasons when the mind has heard enough—and what the soul longs for most is stillness, softness, and the quiet grace of being held. Over the years, I’ve found myself turning again and again to the gentle healing modalities that ask nothing of me—only that I show up, breathe, and allow. Reiki, breathwork, crystal healing, and EFT have been sacred companions in my own journey—especially in the liminal moments when everything felt too tender for words.

It’s in these practices that I’ve found true integration—where the wisdom of the stars and the language of spirit could finally root into my body and nervous system. These modalities have helped me come home to myself in the most compassionate, embodied way, and it’s from that lived experience that I now offer Healing + Integration Sessions.

These sessions are a space to slow down and recalibrate, to receive without needing to perform or explain. Whether you’re in the midst of transformation, coming out of a big realization, or simply seeking a soft landing, this is where the soul and body reunite—gently, intuitively, and in your own timing.

  • Each session is a sacred space for deep listening, intuitive insight, and energetic alignment. Whether you’re receiving a Moon Medicine Reading, Soul-Centered Astrology session, or Retrograde Reflection, the experience is personalized and spirit-led. You’ll leave with clarity, practical tools, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself.

  • Each session is unique and intuitively guided. We begin with a brief check-in, then move into energy work using sound healing, Reiki, light, visualization, and other tools. You’ll be invited to relax, receive, and allow your system to recalibrate. We close with space for reflection or any insights that wish to come through.

  • Come with an open heart and a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. You may wish to have water nearby, a journal, and any crystals or comfort items that support your energy. Wear something comfortable and be ready to receive.

  • Some people work with me monthly as a way to stay aligned and supported through life’s shifts. Others book seasonally or during times of transition.   • Not at all. These sessions are open to all levels of experience. I’ll guide you through your chart in an accessible way, weaving in intuitive interpretation and soul-centered wisdom, so you feel supported and empowered throughout.

  • After booking, you’ll be asked to share your birth date, exact birth time, and birth location so I can prepare your natal chart. This allows us to work with your unique cosmic blueprint.

  • All sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world. You’ll receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email after booking.

  • • Moon Medicine Readings focus on the lunar cycle and how it relates to your emotional growth, healing, and intentions.
    • Soul-Centered Astrology Readings explore your birth chart through a spiritual lens, illuminating your soul’s path, karmic patterns, and life themes.
    • Retrograde Reflections Sessions offer guidance on navigating Mercury and Saturn retrogrades with clarity and alignment.

    Each session has its own focus, but they all support deep self-awareness and spiritual growth.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable. I honor your time and energy, and ask for the same in return.

  • I occasionally offer $44 mini sessions or sliding scale options for those in need. If cost is a barrier, feel free to reach out to lisette.wovenintime@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to support you with integrity and care.
