By visiting this website or booking a session, class, reading, event, package, or mentorship with Lisette Archer-Barber of Woven in Time with Lisette, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Scope of Services

Woven in Time with Lisette offers spiritual and energetic support through the following modalities:

• Sound Healing

• Reiki & Energy Work

• Meditation & Breathwork

• Yoga & Gentle Movement / Somatic Practices

• Crystal Healing

• EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

• Cacao Ceremonies

• Intuitive Guidance & Divination (Tarot, Oracle, Astrology)

• Moon Medicine & Soul-Centered Astrology Readings

• Integrative Healing Sessions

• Astrology-Led Embodiment Packages

• Sun Circles (Seasonal astrology gatherings)

• Breathwork Integration Classes

• Retrograde Workshops & Transit Support Classes

• Group and 1:1 Mentorships

These offerings are not medical treatments. They are intended to support personal growth, reflection, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care

Please note that sessions offered by Lisette Archer-Barber are holistic and energetic in nature. They are intended to support self-awareness, relaxation, emotional balance, and spiritual growth.

Lisette is not a licensed medical doctor, therapist, psychologist, or healthcare provider. The services provided—including but not limited to sound healing, Reiki, EFT Tapping, astrology, divination, yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, and cacao ceremonies—are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

Always consult your licensed healthcare providers before participating, especially if you have any physical, psychological, or medical conditions. Nothing shared in sessions is meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness or condition.

Participation is voluntary, and by booking a session or package, you acknowledge and agree to this understanding.

3. Client Responsibility & Consent

By booking or participating in a session, package, or service, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own well-being, choices, and actions.

• You participate of your own free will and understand the nature of the services offered.

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

• You understand that energy healing and intuitive work may evoke emotional or spiritual processing and agree to care for your own integration.

4. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

Single Sessions:

• All sessions must be booked in advance and paid for at the time of scheduling. Accepted payment methods are listed during checkout.

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit.

Group Offerings (Sun Circles, Breathwork Classes, Workshops):

• All group offerings must be booked and paid for in advance.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event start time are eligible for a refund or credit toward a future offering.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit.

• Group offerings have limited capacity and may sell out in advance.

Multi-Session Packages (Astrology-Led Embodiment Package):

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your spot (payment plans may be available).

• Packages represent a 3-month commitment and must be completed within 4 months of the start date.

• Refund Policy:

  • If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and before the first session, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 chart preparation and processing fee.

  • Once the first session has occurred, no refunds will be issued.

  • Emergency circumstances (serious illness, family emergency, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation.

• Session Rescheduling:

  • You may reschedule individual package sessions with 48 hours' notice without penalty.

  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice will be considered a completed session (no makeup session provided).

  • No-shows will be considered a completed session.

Practitioner Cancellation:

In the rare case that Lisette must cancel or reschedule, you will be contacted promptly to arrange an alternative.

5. Online Sessions & Preparation

Sessions with Lisette Archer-Barber are primarily held online via Zoom, allowing you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your space. In-person sessions in San Diego are available upon request.

To optimize your session, we recommend:

• Creating a quiet, comfortable, and uninterrupted space

• Having water nearby to stay hydrated

• Optionally lighting a candle, gathering crystals, or creating a soothing atmosphere that supports your intention

• Having a journal or notepad ready for reflections and insights after the session

• Ensuring your device is charged and your internet connection is stable

Preparing your environment helps create a sacred container for healing, clarity, and transformation.

6. Confidentiality & Respect

Your privacy and vulnerability are honored. All personal information shared in sessions is held confidential and will not be disclosed without your permission unless required by law. We strive to create a space that is safe, inclusive, and respectful of all people and beliefs.

7. No Guarantees of Results

Every person's healing path is unique. While many experience clarity, shifts, or emotional release through these offerings, results are not guaranteed and depend on your own openness, participation, and timing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content shared during sessions—including techniques, processes, downloads, visuals, and recordings—as well as all materials on this website (text, images, graphics, videos, PDFs, audio, etc.) are the sole property of Lisette Archer-Barber and Woven in Time with Lisette unless otherwise credited.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, record, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Website Use

This site is intended to be used with integrity and respect. Any misuse, unlawful behavior, or spam activity may result in blocked access or legal action. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

10. Agreement & Release of Liability

By using this website or booking any service with Lisette Archer-Barber, you agree to:

• Take full responsibility for your own experience

• Release Lisette Archer-Barber and Woven in Time with Lisette from all liability related to your participation in any session, class, package, or service
