My name is Lisette. Thank you for taking a moment to learn more about my work and how it came to be.
I’ve been walking a conscious, soul-led journey since 2017. It started with small micro-choices and the sudden awareness that the way I was living my life was no longer sustainable. I used to be overwhelmingly anxious, frozen by indecision, and an intense people-pleaser. I never really knew why I was making the choices I was making. This disconnect would bring up intense anger at myself at times, mixed with a deep sadness that I was missing the guidance and support I so deeply desired.
Over the past decade and counting, I have stood at many crossroads—frozen by worry, fear, grief, and indecision. It took immense concentration and devotion to honor my own capacity to meet life’s challenges and remember that every moment is a gift. My life used to feel incredibly heavy. Honestly, I still have my moments, but the difference now is that I know exactly how to resource myself when that friction arises.
My work is unique because it is shaped by my direct experiences. The way I guide my clients is the way I wish I would have been supported in the moments of my own big life transitions. It was in those moments—when things unfolded that I never thought would happen in my life—that I remembered my own inner power to move through the challenging seasons. I opened up my heart to the world around me and welcomed the people who came into my life to guide me. This is the medicine I am here to share with you. It is born through my lived experiences, my ongoing studies, and my desire to integrate past and future possibilities all into the present now moment.
This is what I am here to support you with. Remember that the source of your power is within the present moment, season, and cycle you are moving through. My work is rooted in astrology as a language for orientation and conscious development. Through astrology, we open up the potential for alchemizing your relationship with your current circumstances, allowing you to open your heart and harvest the wisdom of this life season.
Because astrology is rooted in the intellect, we pair it with the healing arts—using conscious breathwork, sound healing, reiki, and visualization to move you into a place of coherence between heart and mind. This allows you to soften into your body and open up to your own inner wisdom. You are your greatest guide; I am simply here to usher you back into that remembrance.
My job is to remind you that you don’t have to outsource your power. You can have healthy boundaries and honor your own internal seasonal changes with more trust. I guide you through the liminal space to honor what was and open up to the possibilities of what can be. This is conscious soul-weaving: weaving conscious choice with action, one step at a time, and allowing that to compound. My work isn’t a quick fix because there is nothing to fix. It’s about consciously moving through your life, time and time again, through all the ups and downs. It’s a lifestyle of being present, staying devoted to your soul growth, and tending to the internal and external garden of your life.
This is about you recognizing your own ability to find your seasonal rhythm within life, and learning to honor the periods of growth, decay, and transformation.

Where the Grounded Meets the Cosmic
I have a background in audio production and when I started my path in the Usui Tibetan lineage I saw how my technical studies and energy work merged. Over the past 7+ years I have immersed myself in studying energy work, astrology, tarot, and spirituality as a contemplative practice to come back home into my body and find coherence between heart and mind.
My approach to astrology is contemplative, not predictive. I am not interested in telling you what is going to happen. I am interested in asking what is being asked of you — right now, in this season — and how we can work with that honestly, in your body, not just in your mind.
The natal chart, to me, is a map of living archetypes. The same patterns that show up in your chart show up in your dreams, in your relationships, in the moments that keep repeating until you finally turn toward them. This is the territory I love most — the place where astrology, dream work, and the body all speak the same language.
I support others in tending what is alive — in coming into right relationship with their own patterns, their own timing, and their own deep knowing.

This work is not psychotherapy and is not a replacement for mental health care. What it is is a deeply supportive, holistic space for emotional processing, self-understanding, and embodied healing. It is recommended that clients work with both a therapist and with Lisette — the two complement each other beautifully. If you're in crisis, please seek professional mental health support.

Yes — many clients work with Lisette virtually from different locations. Reiki, astrology sessions, and 1:1 sound sessions are all available online and are just as effective.

Every session begins with a conversation — there's no script, no rush. Lisette takes time to understand where you are and what you're needing, so the session can meet you there. Expect to feel heard, held, and gently guided. Most people leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.
