About Lisette
I started my practice through developing a deeper relationship with myself. When we don't know who we are those are the moments we feel lost. I believe the heart of my work is supporting others with falling in love with life again and honoring the capacity we have to hold presence through each of our seasons.
I know what it feels like to move through life without really being in it.
There was a time when I felt so numb and disconnected from myself that anxiety kept me from the simplest things — walking into a new space, receiving a hug. I wasn't broken. But I had lost the thread back to myself.
It was through sound and astrology that I began tending my own internal garden. Slowly, intentionally, I built a relationship with myself and the world around me. And what I found on the other side was not perfection — it was curiosity, presence, and a way of meeting even the hard moments with openness.
That is what I wish for you.
I have a background in audio production and when I started my path in the Usui Tibetan lineage I saw how my technical studies and energy work merged. Over the past 7+ years I have immersed myself in studying energy work, astrology, tarot, and spirituality as a contemplative practice to come back home into my body and find coherence between heart and mind.
I support others in focus, reflection, and refinement of their lives.
