Offered with gentle presence and attuned intention, this session is a quiet conversation between your energy field and the universal life force that moves through all things.

The breath is the oldest medicine. In this guided session, we work with conscious connected breathwork to move energy, release what has been stored in the body, and open space for clarity and renewal. Breathwork can bring profound emotional release, expanded states of awareness, and a felt sense of coming home to yourself. I hold this space with care, grounded presence, and full attention to your experience. Each session is intuitively woven with sound and Reiki as needed to support your journey.

Add-On Options — $45 Any of the three modalities can be woven together. When you book a session, you are welcome to add a second practice as a complement to your primary offering — sound to close a Reiki session, breathwork to open a sound bath, or Reiki to integrate a breathwork journey. These additions are held within the same 60-minute container, so the pacing will be intuitive and spacious rather than layered.

This session is a co-creative healing journey designed to meet you exactly where you are and gently begin moving what has been stuck.
Before we meet Lisette prepares your session with care — intuitively selecting the crystals and herbs that want to be present for your healing and sitting with your energy in preparation for your time together.
What to expect:
A gentle check-in and grounding breath practice to settle into the space
A co-creative guided visualization intuitively shaped by what wants to shift in your energy field
