We'll work with the adventurous, truth-seeking energy of Sagittarius as we transition from Scorpio's depths into the fire of expansion. 🌌 Your birth chart (optional but helpful - I can pull it up for you if you provide your birth information, or you can get it free at astro-seek.com or through apps like TimePassages)
Please note: We will be practicing three-part conscious breathing during this circle. Cameras will need to be on during the breathing portion so I can properly hold space and ensure everyone's safety.
Breathing Practice Contraindications: This practice is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, a history of seizures, or are managing severe mental health conditions. Please reach out if you have questions about whether this practice is right for you.
