For over the past five years, I've been deeply immersed in the practice of contemplation, observing the wisdom that unfolds not only through my own soul's journey but through the intricate patterns of the cosmos. This journey began in January 2020, when I was initiated into a profound awakening with the Triple Moon Goddess, Hecate, embodying the energies of the Maiden, Mother, and Crone. Through sacred connections with the rose and the moon, I was invited to explore the cyclical nature of life and its deep connection to the cosmic rhythms.

As I began sitting with the moon in meditation and study, I felt a strong pull towards understanding the dance of the Sun, Moon, and Earth. Through astrology, I began to observe how the movements of the planets and lunar phases mirrored the cycles within—the rising and falling, the birthing and releasing, the becoming and unbecoming. I realized that by shifting my perspective and opening myself to new beliefs, I could heal past traumas and integrate deep wisdom. It was through astrology that I came to understand the importance of working with the cosmic energies, using them as tools for self-awareness and self-healing.

Sound has always been a profound part of my life, and through it, I began to notice the harmonics and resonance that exist within us and around us. Each of us has a unique frequency—much like a musical note that resonates with the planets, the seasons, and even the cycles of the moon. Just as we listen to a song or a story being told, we are constantly surrounded by planetary energies and the vibrations of the universe, which are also telling us a story. These cosmic frequencies speak to the deepest parts of our being, and through sound, we are able to align with these energies, letting them guide us toward deeper self-awareness and healing. The harmonics of the planets reflect back to us the different aspects of our chart, illuminating parts of ourselves we may not yet fully understand. Sound becomes the soundtrack to our soul's story—one that helps us unravel the layers of our journey.

In 2023, my path evolved as I began to sit in ceremony with the moon during each lunar phase, setting the intention to embody the archetypal wisdom offered by each zodiac sign. I found that as I reflected on each sign, I could feel how the energies were not just in the sky, but also embedded deeply within me and my body. The more I allowed myself to integrate this knowledge, the more I was able to choose which light I wanted to hold and how to bring that light into the world with intention.

When the South Node moved into Libra and activated my 12th House specifically around the Lunar Eclipse in Fall of 2024, the image of a kaleidoscope began to appear frequently in my mind. This house, the house of undoing, karma, and hidden wisdom, was where I could begin to confront old wounds, beliefs, and patterns that had been buried or suppressed. The kaleidoscope was a symbol of shifting perspectives, of seeing things from a new angle, and through this imagery, I felt the urge to bring something profound to others. I wasn't entirely sure why at first, but as I moved through a medicine journey, it all clicked. The idea of Kaleidoscope was born.

This offering was the culmination of years of contemplation, astrological observation, and sound healing practice. I realized that the turning of the wheel in astrology, the cycles of the seasons, and the shifting of the nodes were all invitations to reclaim our light. Kaleidoscope is the space where we can come together to intentionally work with these energies, to reflect on the wisdom of each season, and to turn the wheel of our own lives with clarity, purpose, and intention.

Through Reiki (Universal Life Energy), we embody the light of the Sun—this life-giving force that allows us to exist and expand. Reiki flows through us as we open ourselves to more deeply embody the light of our true selves. This process of embodiment is how the picture at the end of the kaleidoscope becomes clearer. With every turn of the wheel, we are invited to release what no longer serves us, to shed old beliefs and patterns, and to make space for the parts of ourselves that are ready to be integrated. This is a dynamic and ongoing process—like an eternal unfolding where we continue to reveal more of the picture of our soul's purpose and evolution. As we allow ourselves to be illuminated by the energies around us, we can see the bigger picture of our journey—what we are here to embody, share, and cultivate.

Through sound, Reiki, and astrology, I guide you in coming back into alignment with your sovereignty.
