About the Facilitators
Lisette Archer-Barber (Lee-set)
Lisette is a Contemplative Astrologer, Sound Practitioner, and Embodiment Guide based in San Diego. She approaches astrology not as prediction but as a living map — a practice of coming home to your own cycles and seasons. She creates spaces where cosmic wisdom is not just understood but felt, weaving together astrology, sound, and embodied awareness to help people slow down and return to themselves.

Toosdhi McGowan(tooz-dee)
Toosdhi has been guiding yoga since 2019, certified in vinyasa, yin, and restorative practice. Her teaching philosophy is simple and profound: first the people, then the practice. She wraps each offering around the needs of those in the room, creating safe containers for the body and mind to find stillness, rest, and care. Her classes weave in crystal bowls, chimes, and sound — because healing happens on every level.
