There is wisdom alive in you right now. In what you are feeling. In what is rising. In what is ready to move.

Energy in Motion is a free monthly gathering held in rhythm with the lunar cycle — a safe community space to honor what you are feeling and invite creativity to support more flow in your emotional body. At the New Moon or the Full Moon, wherever the timing falls, we come together to create space for exactly that. For the emotions that are asking to be witnessed. For the body's knowing. For the part of you that wants to be met with more conscious awareness.

This is not a space for perfect art. It is a space for honest expression — where whatever is alive in you right now is welcome exactly as it is. We gather on Zoom with open hearts and whatever creative materials call to you — watercolor, oil pastels, colored pencils, markers, pen, pencil, crayon. Anything that makes color or mark. You do not need to be an artist. You only need to be willing to let something move through you.

How we move together:

Opening & Grounding Meditation · 10 minutes

We arrive. We drop in. A short guided meditation rooted in the energy of the moon — tuning into the emotional body and what is present for us in this moment.

At the Full Moon we ask: What is ready to be harvested, digested, or released?

At the New Moon we ask: What do I want to root and grow into or cultivate more consciously?

Open Heart Sharing · 20 minutes

We open the floor. Popcorn style — no pressure, no performance. As others speak, notice what lands in your own body. If something resonates, write it down. Make a mark. Let a shape or symbol arrive on your page. The sharing itself becomes part of the creative process.

Energy in Motion · Intuitive Art · 20 minutes

Music plays. We create. If something wants to be said, expression doesn't need to be held back — we are painting and creating through our words and our witnessing of one another just as much as through color and form on the page. Let it all move.

Closing Circle · 10 minutes

We share our pieces if it feels right. We close with grounding breaths and gratitude for the space we made together.

This gathering is free and open to all. Bring yourself, your art supplies, and whatever is alive in you right now.
