In this sound bath, participants are encouraged to lay or sit comfortably with eyes closed while deeply listening to sound. Class begins with a gentle guided meditation followed by sound healing and integration. You will enjoy a variety of instruments ranging from crystal alchemy and crystal frosted bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, rainstick, drum, crystal harp, flute, handpan and more based on the instructor.

The sound frequencies allow listeners to enter deep states of meditation and relaxation by slowing down brainwave activity and activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
