Ready to book your Integrative Reiki session?
Experience Usui/Tibetan Reiki Energy Work with Intuitive Somatic Support
The foundation:
Traditional Usui/Tibetan Reiki is the core foundation of every session. To deeply support your nervous system's return to homeostasis, Lisette anchors the space with grounding and intention. Because every session is intuitively tailored to your system, additive somatic elements like conscious breathing, therapeutic sound (singing bowls or vocal toning), or guided visualization may be woven in — only if and when your body calls for them. This approach provides a gentle, collaborative container to help you resource your own inner wisdom and step back into your power, which always rests within the present moment.
Her work is inspired by her personal experiences with each of these practices and how they have guided her throughout the many seasonal changes in her life.
How a session unfolds:
Before we meet, Lisette will tune into what would be most supportive for you through meditation and focusing on the intentions that you share through the booking form. Her practice is led through creating space to allow energies to be witnessed and moved in your time together.
Our time together is a space for you to honor what comes up for you with honesty — sensations, thoughts, and emotions. It's all information to support you in moving forward. We close with an oracle card pull and a short message to carry with you.
No two sessions are the same, and you are always completely welcome to request a traditional flow if you prefer to only receive Reiki without added somatic practices or additional healing tools.
The practical bits:
To prepare: Come hydrated, especially the day before, and bring your curiosity.
Sessions take place via Zoom, available worldwide.
Investment: $144 | 60 minutes • $216 | 90 minutes
By booking a session, you acknowledge our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. I invite you to read the full policy here before booking to ensure clarity and alignment.
Kind words from my clients
-
Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing modality created by Dr. Mikao Usui, and it utilizes Reiki, which is universal life force energy, to attune the mental body, the emotional body, the physical body, and the spiritual body back into harmonic resonance.
-
Integrative Reiki Healing is Reiki integrated with other energy healing modalities that enhance the flow of Reiki energy. It incorporates additional supportive energy tools with the organic flow of connecting to the universal life force energy.
Energy itself is in everything. It resonates within all of the atoms that make up our existence. Lisette utilizes vocal toning as a somatic practice to support attuning one's own body. Different tools can be used, such as crystals, sound through voice, vocal toning, conscious breathing, and guided visualization, to invite in a full-body re-attunement — which Lisette likes to think of as just an energetic attunement for realigning one's energies to be grounded in the present moment.
-
In a session, we open with your intentions. Then we ground the energy of our space, and from there, Lisette will begin to work on your mental and emotional body, seeing what's arising. As she's guided, there might be visualization, invitations, or guided breath practices to support with moving the energy that feels dense within the auric field. All of this is to really support the mental body and the emotional body with coming back into flow, so that there's no holding or stagnation within the energetic field anymore.
During this session, expect to create some time and space to experience this journey. You might feel different sensations in the body — temperature shifts, tingles — you can feel nothing, you might have muscle spasms. It varies between every person. And throughout the entire session, if you have any questions, you can always ask Lisette.
-
Yes. Before your session, it is recommended — ideally 3 days before, if possible, and for sure the day before — to properly hydrate, because water is a conduit of energy. When you're properly hydrated, that water in your body will support the energy attunement that's taking place. Eating clean meals the day before that are very high in nutrients for your body is great as well, so your body can be supported as you move into this detoxing period within our energy work together.
-
No worries if you've never had Reiki before. Reiki is non-invasive and it is gentle. Though you might feel different sensations or pressures in the body, there's no harm coming from it. It really works with your energy in the purest way. One of the analogies Lisette likes to give is that of a fish tank: imagine a fish tank that hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. When you scoop into the fish tank, it's going to stir up all this debris, all of these things in the water, and make it murky — and that's sometimes how our energy can get. So we're kind of shifting all of this around in the energetic field, so then we can empty, cleanse, and purify so the fish tank is clean again.
-
Yes, Reiki can be done at a distance, over Zoom. It works the same way as an in-person Reiki session works, except the only difference is we are not in the same room, and Lisette would not be physically doing gentle touch on your body. Lisette utilizes a body map to represent you, the client, and then she works with that as a representation of your energy. In Reiki, there are specific energetic symbols and attunements that a Reiki practitioner is attuned to, in order to invite them into working beyond time and space — so the physical distance between us does not matter.
-
You should wear comfortable clothing — generally loose-fitting clothes that are breathable, so you can actually feel the sensations in your body. Reiki is reawakening you back into the connection of your felt senses, which helps with reactivating your own inner awareness and your intuition. You can be anywhere you can have a quiet space to yourself. You can lay down, you can sit — just allowing yourself to be as comfortable as possible, as the more supportive the environment you feel safe and comfortable in, the better.
-
The core difference between a 60-minute and a 90-minute session is that the longer the session, the more time we have to work together. 60-minute sessions are great if you're doing an energetic tune-up — maybe it's your first time with Reiki. A 90-minute session is for when you're moving through a lot of denseness in this current season of your life and you just want a little bit more support, and time to move through things.
Generally, within a 60-minute session, we can work on one to two things. With a 90-minute session, we have a bit more time, so we can potentially work on three to four things — all, of course, depending on what is present within your auric field.

Yes, Reiki is safe. There are plenty of studies, which you can find at Reiki.org, under their Reiki articles. And it does work supplementally with medical treatment. If you do have a particular medical condition, it is always important to consult with your doctor or your medical professional, as Lisette is not a medical health professional. But generally, Reiki is always supportive in that it supports the body with relaxation, allowing the body to move into a space where it does its own healing process. So this would be supplemental to other treatment plans that you might be participating in.

You might feel different sensations in the body — temperature shifts, tingles — you can feel nothing, you might have muscle spasms. It's really different for everyone. Sometimes people will have emotional releases; sometimes they won't. Sometimes people will get really relaxed and fall asleep. Sometimes people will move into dream spaces. Sometimes people don't really have a lot of felt sensations, and they don't really notice a shift until the integration process after the session, within the next few days. It really depends.
-
If you fall asleep during the session, it's more than okay. Lisette will try to wake you up, and if you aren't waking up, she will just turn off the Zoom call and follow up with you to check in later.
-
If you feel emotional during the session, that's more than okay. All emotions are welcome within our space, as this space is being held for you to emotionally process what you're moving through, so that you no longer have to hold onto any worries, tensions, fear, guilt, shame — whatever it might be. We're really honoring the emotional body. And if there's ever anything that you don't want to dive into, you are more than welcome to express that. Lisette will always check in with you, and the session can pivot as needed.
-
You should really listen to your body. Lisette will send a post-session email with friendly notes and reminders of ways to really just be with yourself and to pay attention to what might still be arising in this detoxing, cleansing process. But generally: drink plenty of water, have healthy meals, spend some time in nature, and just take it easy after your session, so you have time to really integrate the energies that you just re-attuned to.
-
It really depends on your life. Generally speaking, a session a month is great if you're able to do that — that's just a time for you to really check in with your body, get a little energy attunement, and have space held for you. You can think of it as an energetic spa day, if you will.
If you are moving through a bit more denseness, or with different medical treatment, sometimes it's really supportive to have a session a week.
If there is something specific that you're moving through, doing a protocol of 3 sessions back to back — 3 sessions in one week — is recommended, and then having an integration period and then starting back.
Lisette always invites you to trust what you body is asking for though when it comes to session frequency.
-
Yes, Lisette will share what she senses during the session. Generally, she'll share the key things that really stood out to her. If you have specific questions about things that you'd like her to share, you can always let her know.
-
It varies per client. Lisette specifically does a meditation before the appointment to see what tools would like to be used to support the Integrative Reiki Healing session.
You are always more than welcome to specify if you would like to work with crystals or sound within the session, as she's more than happy to infuse those if that's what you want.
-
For cancellations and refunds, you have up to 24 hours before your session to cancel and get a refund. If you cancel after the 24 hours, you will not receive a refund, because Lisette has carved out that time in her schedule to see you. So she does ask that you make sure the date and time you book is one you're able to show up for. If there is an emergency that pops up and that is the reason you need to make a last-minute cancellation, please send her an email at lisette.wovenintime@gmail.com, and she will handle the request on a case-by-case basis.
-
Lisette only offers sessions via Zoom at this time. If you are interested in an in-person session, please send an email to lisette.wovenintime@gmail.com to inquire about her availability.
