There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from trying to understand your life with your mind alone — turning it over, analyzing it, searching for the answer that will finally make sense of things. Mercury retrograde tends to amplify this. Old feelings resurface. Communication tangles. The ground you thought was solid begins to shift.
But what if the retrograde isn't asking you to figure anything out? What if it's asking you to feel your way through — slowly, honestly, in community with others who are moving through it too?
Mercury's Light is an intimate gathering space for those who are ready to move through the Cancer retrograde with intention — through breath, sound, dialogue, and the quiet wisdom of your own chart.
This is not a lecture series. It is not a course you complete and leave behind. It is a circle — small, held, and alive — where embodiment practice is the anchor and the retrograde itself is our shared protagonist. A space that invites you into more conscious embodied living by reclaiming trust in your intuition by nourishing your internal garden.

How We Gather
Each gathering follows a living rhythm rather than a fixed curriculum. We open in the body, we move through shared practices, and open up space for our minds to rest within our hearts and share wants been longing to be seen. There is no right way to show up — only allowing for no expectations and trust in the space we are cultivating together.
Astrological Orientation
We open by touching into where Mercury is, what the retrograde is stirring collectively, and one contemplative thread to carry into the body of our time together.
Breath & Sound
A guided breathwork and sound practice to move us out of the analyzing mind and into felt experience. This is the anchor of every gathering — the place we return to.
Intuitive Practice
Writing, somatic awareness, or guided reflection — whatever wants to arise in the space between breath and sharing. Often this is where the most honest things surface.
Circle Sharing & Dialogue
Open space for what wants to be witnessed. Questions about the retrograde, your chart, or your life are welcome here. This is a living conversation, not a just a Q&A.

This is an invitation to move through it with intention and awareness.

Not at all. You need only a willingness to turn inward and explore. Astrological context will be offered each gathering as a living thread — not as a curriculum to master.

Each gathering opens with an astrological orientation, moves into breathwork and sound, includes an intuitive practice, and closes with open sharing and dialogue. No two sessions will be identical — the container is consistent, the content is alive.
